Dongguan fire shutters are mainly used in large supermarkets, shopping malls, wholesale markets, exhibition halls, factories, warehouses, and underground parking garages. When a fire breaks out, the fire shutter descends automatically under the control of the central fire alarm system, stopping fire from spreading to other areas.
Curtain Materials
- High-density industrial base fabric (French-made): Thickness 0.8–2.0mm. Tensile strength: 5700/5100 N per 5cm. Operating temperature: -30 to +70°C. Fire rating: French standard NF-P92-503 M2 or German standard DIN 4102 B1.
- Fully transparent PVC soft sheet: Thickness 1.5–2.0mm.
Control System
PLC and variable frequency drive based. Multiple control options available: push button, pull cord, remote control, automatic magnetic loop, radar, and photoelectric interlock.
Fire Performance
Fire shutters must survive temperatures around 1100°C for a sustained period. The whole system must meet stringent construction standards, with fire resistance duration as the key qualification metric.
