Maintain stable voltage and controller conditions during use. Avoid installing the controller in highly humid environments and refrain from casually opening the remote control. If wiring appears tangled or knotted on the door body, address it promptly. Keep the doorway clear of obstructions that could hinder the door's descent. Should any unusual noises occur, stop the motor immediately.
c. Preventive Maintenance
To prevent operational failures, regularly check the upper and lower limit switches. Apply lubricant to the travel controller to ensure smooth operation. Manually test the shutter to verify its movement, calibrate the limit switch positions, and confirm the door stops correctly when fully open or closed. During inspections, prevent the door from overrunning its top or bottom limits or reversing unexpectedly. In any emergency, halt operation immediately and cut the power supply.
d. Cleaning and Servicing
Keeping the shutter clean is crucial, especially ensuring the guide tracks are unobstructed. Clean the tracks regularly to maintain a debris-free interior. Frequently lubricate the motor and drive chain. Inspect components and switch control boxes inside the control panel, tightening any loose wiring ports and screws. Remove dust and dirt from inside the control box, its surface, and the buttons to prevent them from sticking and failing to rebound.
