Install requirements
- No vent or water pipe above the shutter opening.
- You lay power lines (three-phase five-wire and fire control signal) to the control box by the motor.
- After install, fit the ceiling and keep its edge 50 mm from the curtain plate to avoid friction.
- During debug and use, no one stands under the shutter. Don’t move electric parts on your own.
- Per fire code, the fire rated roller shutter is a fire-only facility — not for daily passage, and nothing stacked right below it.
- After install and debug, run it once a quarter to check electric and mechanical performance; mind safety.
- By install form: in-wall or side-wall (in or out of the opening). By open direction: top-roll or side-roll.

- Steel fire rated roller shutter (1.5h): a steel curtain plate with rail, seat plate, lintel, and head box, plus motor and control box. Meets fire integrity.
- Inorganic fiber composite fire rated roller shutter (2.0h): an inorganic fiber curtain with steel splint, rail, seat plate, lintel, and box, plus motor and control box. Meets fire integrity.
- Premium fire rated roller shutter (3.0h): a steel or inorganic fiber curtain with steel rail, seat plate, splint, lintel, and box, plus motor and control box. Meets integrity, insulation, and smoke control.
